The primary specificity of this wipe is appearance and touch scraping, which allows a wipe "scrubby" to dislodge any impurities resistant to a wipe a little more "smooth".

Our Wu-neat Z9 105 wiping cloths are available by 3 "hot" cutting processes:

  • The laser is an economical cutting process that strongly eliminates the release of fibers compared to a "cold" cut (blade, chisel)
  • The classic ultrasonic cutting (called "sealed edge"), also known as heat-sealing, gives a flat and very thin edge, a little translucent, with a soft and therefore non-scratching touch. The cut can sometimes break and generate some fibers. This cutting will be preferred on very fragile products, such as telephone screen, electronic circuit. Ultrasonic welding gives a textured edge (braces), more flexible.
  • This last is our choice "premium" in terms of cutting. Synthetic knits are the cleanest fabrics. Their structure allows them to undergo cleaning before being packaged, to ensure an excellent level of initial cleanliness. In use, they generate few particles because they are composed of continuous filaments.

What is Microfiber and why it is the best in term of Cleaning?

Microfiber or microfibre is synthetic fiber finer than one denier or decitex/thread. This is smaller than the diameter of a strand of silk (which is approximately one denier), which is itself about 1/5 the diameter of a human hair. In the highest-quality fabrics for cleaning applications, the fiber is split during the manufacturing process to produce multi-stranded fibres. The split fibres and the size of the individual filaments make the cloths more effective than other fabrics for cleaning purposes. The structure traps and retains the dirt and also absorbs liquids.
