The Poly-neat P1 wipe is a knit wipe made of 100% polyester fibers.

Our Poly-neat P1 wiping cloths are available by 3 "hot" cutting processes:

  • The laser is an economical cutting process that strongly eliminates the release of fibers compared to a "cold" cut (blade, chisel)
  • The classic ultrasonic cutting (called "sealed edge"), also known as heat-sealing, gives a flat and very thin edge, a little translucent, with a soft and therefore non-scratching touch. The cut can sometimes break and generate some fibers. This cutting will be preferred on very fragile products, such as telephone screen, electronic circuit. Ultrasonic welding gives a textured edge (braces), more flexible.
  • This last is our choice "premium" in terms of cutting. Synthetic knits are the cleanest fabrics. Their structure allows them to undergo cleaning before being packaged, to ensure an excellent level of initial cleanliness. In use, they generate few particles because they are composed of continuous filaments.
The type of knitting, as well as the grammage and the thickness, make it possible to obtain wiping fabrics of very variable absorption.
