Gekatex wins price of Innovation second time !
National Price for Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 has been awarded to Gekatex for their excellence in product innovation and export performance.The award has been granted to Mr. Jacques Six, President of Gekatex during the national celebration ceremony held last month in Lille.Gekatex has launched more than 10 new products in 2008 and has increased their export turnover up to 70% last year !The Company has opened several distribution centres in countries such as Bosnia-Herzegovina, Slovakia, Roumania and will start Gekatex India, Gekatex/Cobel Spain, Gekatex China, Gekatex Magreb and Gekatex Italy in 2009.The financial performance of Gekatex has strengthened substantially in 2008 and the company is ready to face the challenges set forth during the Economic recession years to come.
